Order Processing
We process orders faster than a jackrabbit on the run! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to get your Western wear to you:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (arrives in 10-15 business days after shipping)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (arrives in 15-25 business days after shipping)
Note: We ship worldwide except to Asia and some remote areas. International orders may be subject to customs fees.
Returns & Exchanges
If your gear isn’t fitting right or doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right quicker than you can say “yeehaw!” Here’s how our returns work:
The Basics
- Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- Original packaging required
- Must include order confirmation or receipt
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- All hats (listed under “Hats”, “HATS”, “Men’s hats”, and “Women’s hats”)
Exceptions: We’ll accept returns if hats arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping Back Your Items
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Refund Information
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds go back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is our error)
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? No problem!
- Process is the same as returns – just specify you want an exchange
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original
- Price differences will be adjusted (we’ll invoice you or refund the difference)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Western gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a free return and send a replacement faster than a mustang at full gallop!
International Returns
For our international partners:
- You’re responsible for any customs fees or import taxes on returned items
- International returns may take longer to process
- Refunds will be in USD and may vary slightly based on exchange rates
